30-Day Change of Mind Returns (Baby Clothing)

We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The item must be clean and free from stains, odors, or damage

Change of mind returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Worn or washed baby clothing

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • We will assess the claim quickly

If approved, you can choose:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection takes 1–3 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

  • Your bank may take additional time to process the refund


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Size changes

  • Different available baby clothing styles

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect item: We pay return shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Tell us the reason for return

  4. Wait for return instructions before sending the item

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Processing Timeline Summary

  • Return request: Within 30 days of purchase

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after we receive the item

  • Refund/Exchange processing: 5–7 business days
