At Mosh and Jolly, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every order to arrive exactly as expected, and we’re committed to making your shopping experience simple, secure, and stress-free.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Worn, washed, or damaged items caused by misuse
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrect,
- or missing,
please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer:
- a replacement,
- store credit,
- or a full refund where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes purchases may not work out.
If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow:
- 7–10 business days for banks or payment providers to process refunds
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- size issues,
- damaged items,
- or defective products (subject to stock availability).
If your preferred size or product is unavailable, we may issue:
- store credit,
- replacement item,
- or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited processing window after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
